Quite surprised with the room ambience and service quality of the hotel, really pleasant and satisfied .. wasn't expecting at all. Professional and friendly Staff really helpful which shown the hotel has solid mature foundation. Unfortunately towels were dull, really need to be replaced with new.

Mohon pihak hotel untuk memperhatikan posisi jendela yg diletakkan di paling bawah, sangat riskan bagi pengunjung yg membawa Balita, harus diawasi ekstra ketat atau bahkan sebaiknya tidak membuka tirai agar anak2 tidak bermain buka tutup jendela yg berada di bawah, tidak aman bagi anak2.

Setara lah dgn hotel2 di bali yg sering sya dan keluarga kunjungi, gak rugi jauh2 ke bali mencari suasana tenang di hotel ini. Cuma pelayan resto sya rasa kurang rama apa lagi mbk2nya😞😞. Bapak ibuk mertuaku betahh dsini, stiap ktmu petugas, smuanya nyapa dg ramah. Hamdalah, pengalaman prtama ksini sambil ajak kluarga, dpt pengalamam yg baikk.. Mana parkir bs dbantu parkir in, bs dbantu ambil mobil pas checkout, behh makasii byk Mas penjaga ddpn.. Trus, kamarnya lumayan bersih, tpsayang, wktu saya masuk kamar pertama kmren, baunya agak pesing (mungkin krna bau pesing agak susah ya diilangin, tlgdsemprot pewangi ajaa Kak, biar ga trlalu bauu), Trus fasilitas kolam, sip bgt lah viewnya.
