Pertama kali nginep di hotel ini, pelayanannya ramah, padahal belum waktunya check-in tapi udah boleh kurang 30menitan kayaknya. Staff nya oke banget sih, kamar bersih, AC dingiinn,, makannya enak2 dan variatif. Rekomended yang mau stay vacation di Jember.

January 22, 2026Lokasi hotel yg strategis, berada di tengah Jember, Dekat pasar dan alun2 kota, sehingga sangat mudah di jangkau. Kebetulan kami dapat standart room, ternyata cukup luas untuk tipe kamar paling murah di hotel ini. Namun sayangnya dari parkir basement tidak terdapat akses masuk langsung ke lobby. Jd harus naik lewat luar, dan kalau hujan bisa kehujanan. Overall oke. Sarapan oke, kebersihan kamar jg oke.

Professional and friendly Staff really helpful which shown the hotel has solid mature foundation. Unfortunately towels were dull, really need to be replaced with new.

I love this hotel! Great value of money indeed. I stayed 3 night to accompany my daughter attending tournament. I stayed with my baby boy and my inlaw. I only mention I would bring a baby, yet the hotel provide me the baby crib! What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is clean, fragrant and the housekeeping is so nice. I would definitely stay in this hotel when i visit this city again

June 18, 2023I love this hotel, cozy, comfy, and not too large. The only problem is their wifi is often on and off. Their resto is also nice and serve good local food, but when there are many guests, it feels stuffy and you may not be able to find a table and chair to sit and eat.

When i was checked out and left the hotel, 30 min later i got a call from hotel staff that i left a Rp950k cash at my room. Then the money was transferred to me. Excellent service! You should stay here, easily the best hotel in Jember. Hands down.
